Youssouf Adoum

I am responsible for administrative and financial management; defining financial control system orientations; implementing management procedures and indicators for activity monitoring; developing budgets and financing plans; monitoring cash flow and analyzing variances; supervising company activities; preparing summary statements; training teams; validating tax choices and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

My mission is to represent the company to third parties, make decisions on the daily management of the entity, implement a strategy for the organization, self-financing, and survival of the company, develop the projected budget, while ensuring administrative and financial management tasks, employee recruitment, and bookkeeping.

For three (03) years and Six (06) months at the National Assembly of Chad, I managed the portfolio of the Commission President, maintained an updated agenda for recording correspondence (in and out), invitations, and the president's appointments, then prepared reports and archived documents.
