As part of the VICIT (Vision of Common International Trade IT) project aimed at deploying a new common software package "FBTI" for managing documentary products and issued guarantees in France and in CACIB's international network; I participated in setting up the integration layer for TI+'s communication with the banking system (Customer references, accounts, accounting applications…), managing 2 subjects: communication with the "Trade portal" front and Swift exchanges (MT7XX, 4XX,103/202,900/910,Swiftnet) and the success of Swift Release 2018. My mission consisted of: ü Writing specifications for flow processing (interface contracts and mapping files) based on business requirements: Feasibility study, identification and functional development of the need. ü Defining the target architecture. ü Coordinating Business / MOE work (Dev team in Singapore/IT Contributors) as stream leader of the "Trade portal" and "Swift" projects. ü Handling FBTI tickets and settings (System Tailoring) ü Organizing meetings: taking stock of the project's progress and participating in project committees.
