Main mission:

Support the Material Supply Chain Directorate, in partnership with the MOA, for the preparation, management, and implementation of the new logistics platform (warehouse, teams, transport, organization, and WMS). Preparation of the existing logistics platform (Gennevilliers) to temporarily manage the national scope until the opening of the new site.

Logistics Sizing:

Analysis of volumes, flows, and stocks. Definition of areas and zones (reception, storage, picking, shipping). Sizing of racks, aisles, equipment (PDA, forklifts, workstations, IT). Assessment of staffing needs, throughput, target organization, and versatility.

Implementation of the Châteauroux logistics platform:

Support in site selection and operational strategy. Monitoring of works, installations, safety, and setup of equipment and infrastructure.

Project Management:

Construction and monitoring of the action plan, schedule, budget, and milestones. Facilitation of governance and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

Tenders:

Conducting business workshops, drafting specifications, launching and analyzing consultations. Selection of service providers (3PL, racks, WMS, equipment).

WMS AMOA:

Needs analysis, process mapping, and drafting of functional specifications. Coordination with the IT department and the integrator, monitoring of developments and tests. Functional acceptance, anomaly management, and Go-Live preparation. User training, startup management, and stabilization.

Optimization & Ramp-up:

Construction and monitoring of KPIs, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. Management of the pilot phase and support of the logistics provider until the target service level is achieved.

Analyze logistics processes at a client's service provider or industrial site and propose suitable IT management solutions through a convergence study. Centralize client requests and respond with an existing functional solution or a quote. Organize, plan, and coordinate the interventions of AKANEA teams at the client's site. Manage the project from needs validation to final delivery and acceptance, adjusting actions accordingly. Organize services while respecting monthly and annual productivity rates. Perform pre-billing of services rendered and track each project budget.

Within the pilot warehouse for the continuous improvement initiative:

- Deployment of the 5S initiative:

- Involve management and field teams to create a more organized and efficient work environment.

- Identification and collection of improvement opportunities:

- Conduct gemba walks to identify or gather improvement ideas from teams.

- Present projects with quantified proposals (business case) to management, highlighting concrete benefits.

- Service Provider Management:

- Source, select, and carefully manage service providers to ensure service quality.

- Transversal Management:

- Coordinate stakeholders with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

- Audits:

- Create audit file

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for progress.

- Communication of progress:

- Inform management and field teams of progress made through meetings, reports, promotional spots, etc., valuing everyone's efforts.

- Drafting of COVID sanitary protocol:

- Develop a rigorous COVID sanitary protocol, subsequently deployed across all VEEPEE sites.
