With over 4 years of experience in an architecture firm in Paris, I have managed large-scale projects (public buildings, offices, cultural facilities, housing) ranging from 8 to 50 million euros, for public and private clients.

Project Studies & Monitoring

• Analysis of technical diagnostics, surveys, existing condition analysis, reading of Close-Out Documents (DOE)

• Mastery of APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT phases

• Production of graphic documents (plans, sections, elevations, EXE details)

• Drafting and reading of written documents (CCTP, notices, etc.)

• Coordination of design teams and supervision of engineering consultants and general contractors in the case of global contracts (MGP and C-R)

• Establishment of contractual documents: deliverables list, schedule, contract documents

• Knowledge of SI, PMR, labor law, ESSP, and water law regulations

BIM & Modeling

• BIM Level 1 Referent (CSTB), BIM coordination during the design phase

• Implementation of BIM methodology internally (templates, protocols, conventions)

• BIM Level 3 collaboration with engineering firms (model merging, clash review)

• Expert mastery of ArchiCAD and Revit for architectural modeling

• Parametric modeling on Rhino/Grasshopper, with integration into ArchiCAD or Revit

Images & Communication

• Creation of communication images via Enscape (immersive perspectives, competitions)

• Realistic renderings with Rhino + V-Ray

• Preparation of 3D models for printing (slicing software, support, scaling)

• Printing on Creality and Bambu Lab, post-processing management
