Rigorous monitoring of daily production according to the established production plan, respecting QHSEE standards (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Ergonomics, Environment), in accordance with the factory's management system. Operational management of a team of 14 packaging operators on semi-automated lines, with a safety and quality compliance rate above 96%. Coordination of preventive and curative maintenance interventions to minimize production line downtime. Coordination with new fragrance launch teams and planners for the development and optimization of packaging processes. Implementation of a continuous training plan for operators to improve their technical skills and versatility. Continuous process improvement using the EOS methodology, leading to a +15% increase in productivity and a -20% reduction in unplanned downtime. Implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring line efficiency, product quality, OEE, and resource management. Strengthening in-line quality control (cosmetic standards: traceability, cleanliness, packaging) and operator training, resulting in a -25% reduction in packaging defects.

Supervision of 10 employees (manufacturing & maintenance), definition of recruitment and training plans, ensuring continuous skill development and efficient organization. Supervision of the workshop in compliance with GMP, FDA, and CSAR standards, with a focus on product conformity and manufacturing process optimization. Planning and management of workload/capacity (equipment and personnel) to ensure production continuity, improve flexibility, and meet service objectives. Implementation of targeted actions to improve productivity, quality, and bulk reliability, with participation in the industrialization of new products. Development and management of the workshop budget (€1.3 million), monitoring investment projects, and contributing to the CAPEX plan, with a focus on cost control and sustainable performance.
