As an apprentice Game Designer within a Pépite France structure in Cergy, I participated in the design and development of innovative video games. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, I successfully completed the NEOM project, a video game developed using RPG Maker MZ. This game tells the story of a group of resistance fighters battling a consortium controlling the city of NEOM through AI.

La Parfumerie Al Andalus is an online store specializing in oriental fragrances. With a deep appreciation for rich and exotic aromas, I launched this business to share unique and authentic perfumes inspired by the ancient traditions of the East.

The store offers a wide selection of carefully chosen perfumes, combining quality and originality to provide each customer with an unforgettable olfactory experience. Since its creation, I have been committed to developing this business with a focus on customer satisfaction, product authenticity, and innovation.

Through an effective digital marketing strategy and an active presence on social media, I have been able to grow my customer base and build loyalty among oriental perfume enthusiasts. In parallel, I am constantly working to expand the product range and optimize the user experience on the website.

For 2 to 3 years, I had the privilege of gaining enriching experience as a user support specialist within a Digital Services Company (ESN). My role involved providing effective technical support and personalized assistance to end-users of various client companies.

On a daily basis, I developed expertise in proactively resolving incidents and technical issues encountered by users. Whether by phone, email, or through ticketing platforms, I provided quick and efficient solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

I also contributed to documentation and the creation of user guides, thereby facilitating user autonomy in resolving common problems. My commitment to providing quality customer service allowed me to develop strong skills in communication, time management, and teamwork.

This experience not only allowed me to refine my technical skills but also to understand the crucial importance of user support in maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction within modern corporate environments.
