This project concerns the complete construction of a single-family house on a 452 m² plot, including a swimming pool and outdoor facilities, carried out with rigorous site monitoring at every stage.

The work began with site preparation, including earthworks and foundations, to ensure a solid base compliant with current standards. The structural work phase was then carried out: erection of walls, floors, and making the house watertight and weather-tight.

Once the structure was completed, work continued with the construction of the swimming pool, including earthworks, structure, and necessary networks, coordinated with the overall progress of the site.

The second fix phase was then engaged: electrical and plumbing networks, insulation, installation of plasterboard partitions, as well as surface preparation.

👉 To date, the site is in the interior finishing phase, including:

• Plastering and joint repairs

• Interior painting

• Adjustments and finishing of partitions

• Quality and site cleanliness control

The entire project was managed with constant site monitoring, effective coordination of different trades, and particular attention to the quality of finishes and adherence to deadlines.
