Project Manager for PLM and Configuration of a next-generation Air Traffic Management (ATM) System under development:

• Organization and facilitation of product structure analysis and definition meetings
• Collection and analysis of customer configuration management specifications and PLM requirements
• Construction of the As Specified / As Designed system breakdown solution in conjunction with internal development teams and in compliance with current standards and processes
• Writing of functional customization specifications, taking into account customer requirements and surrounding information systems
• Configuration of the solution with a PLM vision and monitoring of evolutions made by internal technical teams on the product.
• Participation in the management of the IT solution's "design / definition" phase (solution definition, product breakdown elaboration, documentation output, etc.)
• Monitoring of integration and maintenance activities
• Real-time adaptation of the PLM solution to incorporate conclusions from the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and integrate customer feedback.

Technical Project Manager for Configuration Management and PLM for 4-FLIGHT (air traffic control system):

• Mapping of Product Breakdown Structures (PBS) developed for hardware and software components (facilitating meetings and workshops for complex issues involving multiple stakeholders).
• Ensuring the PLM solution is correct and up-to-date and communicating properly to different stakeholders if a problem is detected on a site.
• Building the final HW and SW System solution in the PLM tool.
• Real-time adaptation of the PLM solution to incorporate conclusions from the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and integrate customer feedback.
• Review of relevant documents (PIDI, FCA, PCA, etc.)
• Extraction and challenging of different baselines related to each system instance.

Management of modifications on the Central Wing Box (CWB) and Wing Beam (KB) of the A350XWB in a project portfolio mode

• Scope identification,
• Business case development (NRC, RC, ROI),
• Planning of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain activities,
• Management of individual parts with purchasing and supply chain,
• Implementation monitoring,
• Ensuring objectives are met (weight and cost reduction) and implementing corrective actions if necessary,
• Leading the MFT steering committee to secure the milestones of each continuous improvement project

• Elimination of all rotating bolts in the Center Wing Box fastening system due to fuel leaks,
• Adaptation of the A350-900 wing beam to the A350-1000 version,
• Removal of the One Way drilling process to meet deburring requirements,
• Redesign and/or material changes on various individual parts to achieve annual factory objectives (reduction of weight and final product costs).
