- Kairos: A unified platform for managing change requests, post-incident interventions, on-call scheduling, and associated payroll management.

- CopWeb: Resource management application enabling individual and collective planning, project tracking, and team activity monitoring through unified dashboards.

- ENUM - a centralized interface for provisioning and managing numbers on SR equipment, integrated with the routing system.

- Service Directory: Application automating the connection/disconnection and portability of phone numbers, managing their lifecycle.

Technical missions and responsibilities:

• Study, design, development, and evolutionary/corrective maintenance of solutions.

• Definition of application architecture (microservice and monolithic) and writing technical specifications.

• Design and implementation of interfaces and data exchanges (REST, SOAP, FTP) with internal systems and external partners (ServiceNow, Remedy, Elasticsearch, regulators...).

• Execution of unit, integration, and load tests to ensure application robustness.

• Migration of databases from SQLServer to PostgreSQL and progressive migration of applications from Java 8 to Java 11 then Java 21.

• Multi-environment deployment.

• Technical support and supervision of development teams.
