Position: Product Manager Data, Product Owner and Scrum Master

• Mission Summary: Within the Digital Valorization and Partnerships department of Bpifrance, I had the opportunity to carry out two missions: the first consisted of ensuring the proper functioning of the SAFe agile approach within my team of 7 people, and the second was to define the roadmap composed of several features that would improve data quality and optimize functionalities related to BPI France's business creation process (Créa, PassCréa), as well as those of the PAT (Regional Partnerships).

➢ Data Product Manager & Product Owner Mission

Definition and management of the vision and roadmap, budget management, backlog prioritization and monitoring; Collection and qualification of business needs; Translation of needs into features; Writing user stories, Communication of developments to external partners and business units within steering committees/project committees; Data analysis; Coordination between stakeholders (Business, IT, Development); Collection of functional requirements from business teams, participation in agile ceremonies, presenting the team within the train and the BPI IT department.

➢ Scrum Master Mission

Organizing and facilitating my team's ceremonies (Daily, Backlog refinement, Iteration review, Iteration retrospective); Preparing the train's Safe ceremonies; Raising alerts and implementing actions; Coaching the team; Ticket tracking and data updates on JIRA, calculating increment capacity and velocity; preparing the train's Safe ceremonies (SoS, Art Sync).

Acting as Scrum Master within a scaled Agile SAFe approach for a team of 12 people, coordinating with Scrum Masters of other teams (5 teams), ensuring adherence to the Safe (Scaled Agile) framework, organizing and facilitating my team's ceremonies (Daily, Backlog refinement, Iteration review, Iteration retrospective), preparing the train's Safe ceremonies (SoS, Art Sync) => presenting the team's progress, raising alerts and proposing solutions, facilitating 2 train ceremonies: PI Planning and Inspect&Adapt for train members, facilitating increment iterations, coaching my team, onboarding new members of the Safe train, engaging in continuous improvement, supporting the DevOps approach.

➢ Project Manager Mission: Daily support and follow-up (Safe framework rituals, facilitation, unblocking, coaching, awareness, alert reporting, continuous improvement actions, KPI updates), human resource management and follow-up of about a dozen people (support, autonomy development, mood and well-being monitoring), managing my team's resources composed of 12 people (onboarding, absences, leave approvals, etc.), updating and publishing various KPIs (Burn up/Burndown), creating dashboards, ticket tracking, and data updates on JIRA, calculating increment capacity and velocity, updating Story points, communicating project progress to business units and involved stakeholders, identifying project risks and developing action plans, preparing necessary reports or minutes according to the meeting type and subject context.
