🎥 From the gym to editing: transmitting the values of sport through video

Before diving into content creation, I coached for several years at Force STAPS Montpellier, an organization where discipline, rigor, and progress were at the heart of the work.

This experience taught me more than just sports: it taught me how to convey powerful values through gestures, words, and energy.

Today, I transpose these same values into my videos.

Every edit I make is not just a simple sequence of clips: I aim to convey a message, to inspire, to motivate — just as I did on the field.

👉 My goal: for every video to be an extension of the coach's or creator's message, with rhythm, meaning, and impact.

Alongside my studies and coaching activities, I launched my own business, Football Mentorat, a project born from my passion for the progression of young footballers — both on and off the field.

For several years, I have:

Created educational and motivational content on Instagram & TikTok

Built a community of over 17,000 followers

Structured programs, videos, and clear messages to convey the right values of sport: discipline, consistency, resilience

This experience has allowed me to master short-form storytelling, vertical editing, viral trends, and most importantly, how to create content that resonates with the right audience.

Today, I put this expertise to work for other coaches, creators, or entrepreneurs who want to increase their impact and visibility on social media.
