Context:

Two independent test teams of 15 Analyst/testers including 2 Test Leads spread over Legacy perimeters and evolutions developed by an external team.

Achievements:

-Testing of api used by 82 operators for provisioning and by the application to notify operators and their customers

-Testing of the mobile number portability process between operators and within operators

-Testing of a parameterization application with data distribution to the application, network partners and 82 MVNO clients

Project:

Implementation of "Soft" for developing services for the general public: mobile, internet, home and television

Context:

"Soft" platform co-locating 4 teams including a DevOps team and conducted in SAFe mode

Incorporated into the "eSoft" team developing "APIs" used by 20 channels including digital and connected to more than 50 partner systems.

Achievement:

Redesign of the api with the addition of an abstraction layer and Business evolution such as 4XCB.

Decommissioning of Legacy system and recovery of the "Fiber connection" perimeter
