Context:

The project is part of the WS2020 Program initiated by the BNP Paribas Group. The objective of the WS2020 Program is to implement Group IT standards in subsidiaries. Within this framework, the project aims to migrate ARVAL's messaging and MDM infrastructures to the BNPP Group infrastructures.

Missions:

Analysis of the existing infrastructure to be migrated: Messaging (Exchange 2016) and MDM (Citrix XenMobile).

Definition of migration scenarios and strategy to Microsoft Exchange Online.

Impact and risk analysis related to migration to Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Definition of the enrollment process for Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune.

Validation of technical, functional, and organizational prerequisites.

Pilot migrations and validation of the migration scenario and strategy.

Management of the migration of personal mailboxes, shared mailboxes, meeting rooms, distribution lists, and mobile devices (iPhone / iPad) in 27 countries (+10,000 users).

Improvement of change management plans/documents/templates.

Management of skills transfer and user support training (Level 1 / 2).

Results:

Migration of 20,000 mailboxes and mobile devices in 27 countries, with guaranteed business continuity.

Implementation of IT self-service processes → 30% reduction in L1 tickets.

Deployment of Group security standards → estimated 40% decrease in data leak-related incidents.

Coordination of +50 local stakeholders and training of 200 L1/L2 support agents.

20% reduction in device provisioning time thanks to new Intune / Apple Business Manager processes.
