From concept to final delivery, I produce tailor-made projects: shooting, editing, color grading, and distribution of impactful, aesthetic content adapted to each client's needs.

Produce, design, study, organize, manage, ... These are my main tasks at LeProducteur. From writing to shooting and post-production, these are what I supervise daily; client relations are also very important, which is why I place a strong emphasis on the connection between my colleagues and clients.

Ensure customer service, product flow management, and staff administration in the store:

- Coordinate, motivate, and develop the cash and logistics team: recruitment, training, organization, monitoring, support.

- Optimize the management of incoming and outgoing product flows, both physically and digitally, and ensure inventory integrity.

- Guarantee maximum customer satisfaction for all activities that finalize the in-store sale (physical and phone reception, invoicing, financing applications).

- Ensure reliable and efficient staff administration in the store (employment contracts, working hours...).
