Recruited by the nascent brand as a fashion designer for the new collection, I was quickly able to take on more responsibility within the organization to ultimately achieve the position of artistic director, which includes the following tasks:

- Ideation and design of all clothing and accessory collections

- Supplier research, creation of technical sheets, mock-ups, specifications, and launch of calls for tender

- Supplier negotiation

- Creation of several marketing documents (sales brochure, brand tone, graphic identity...) in French and English

- Creation and design of the mascot character Batiste Million, creation of the mask using 3D software which allowed for the creation of the mold for said mask

- Creation and management of the brand's various social media accounts, creation of all posts (photo montages, digital art, videos...)

- Web design of various graphic content for the website (Banners, Icons...)

- Partial management of the website, including adding product sheets, managing commercial operations, newsletters, and SMS campaigns, adding and updating plugins, and all other webmastering tasks

- Customer service management, responding to requests and creating customer tickets

- Researching commercial partners and various influencers to create buzz and visibility around the brand (Artists, athletes, web content creators)

- Organization of marketing events (Exhibitions, Release Parties...)
