3 – Strengthening the network of Business Process Owners and Key Users (20 Countries, 5 factories, 80 processes)

> Assessment of the Key User and Business Process Owner network

> Raising awareness among Corporate Business on the importance of these two roles in support management and IT project steering.

> Collaboration with business and HR to strengthen the network

-> Project Owner Support – Optimization of the Lawson M3 ERP and alignment of business processes

- Analysis of existing processes and development of target processes (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable)

- Facilitation of design workshops with the business and writing of functional specifications

- Definition of test scenarios and management of the acceptance testing activity (supervising a team of 16 testers)

- Development of the training plan (100 users) and training materials

3/ Cevital - Industry Division Transformation Program & SAP Implementation - 7 subsidiaries/1600 users
