Use of Navisworks for digital mock-up review, interdisciplinary coordination, and interference detection (clash detection). Contribution to the drafting, updating, and traceability of technical documentation and project deliverables, in an environment with high quality and safety requirements. Design and 3D modeling of process skids using SolidWorks for industrial projects (Novo Nordisk project). Development of skid layouts, integrating equipment, piping, supports, and instruments, in compliance with client requirements. Creation of fabrication and assembly plans for skids (general arrangement, details, bills of materials). Verification of skid interfaces with existing installations (connections, clearances, maintenance access). Coordination with process and piping teams for the integration of P&ID/PFD in skid design. Integration of skids into the overall digital mock-up and review in Navisworks for interference detection. Monitoring of technical modifications to skids following client reviews and field feedback. Participation in design reviews and technical validations with the client.

Design and update P&IDs to represent piping and instrumentation systems in compliance with safety standards. Development of PFDs to model industrial process flows and optimize production processes. Creation of detailed isometric plans for precise on-site piping installation, reducing assembly errors. Verification of plan compliance with regulations and adjustment of documents based on field changes. Coordination with technical teams and subcontractors to ensure installation complies with plans and technical requirements. Monitoring on-site implementation to ensure proper execution of work according to isometric and P&ID plans. Analysis of piping network performance (flow rate, pressure, pressure drop) and proposal of solutions to optimize their efficiency. Simulation and testing of systems before their final installation to ensure reliability. Preparation of technical reports, installation manuals, and as-built drawings to ensure installation compliance with project requirements. Continuous updating of technical documents to reflect on-site modifications.
