Project Phase:

• Validate project documents: Risk Analysis, Flow Chart, Reach/Rohs Analysis, Layout, Instruction Sheets, FMEA

• Validate BOM/ECO/MCO under PLM

• Participate in FMEA meetings and customer CSR analysis

• Establish control plans and surveillance plans

• Follow up with supplier quality on the establishment of control procedures and ensure their validation

• Assist the production line during proto, pre-series, and IS runs

• Lead 8D/QRQC for customer complaints for these projects

• Conduct internal process audits on lines dedicated to its clients during JPC and according to the annual audit schedule

• Measure internal and external quality performance (FPY – First Part Yield, PPM – Part Per Million...) during the project phase

• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality tools and customer relations

Series Phase

LEAD THE PRODUCT/PROCESS QUALITY FILE

• Participate in the processing and consideration of various dysfunctions observed on the product and process (FA, email, action plans) for the assigned cases.

• Ensure the management and processing of non-conformities and customer complaints (FA, email, action plans) for the assigned cases and according to internal standards.

• Supervise the process of creating, disseminating, and evolving quality indicators for the product with the objective of constantly improving them.

• Conduct spot configuration audits and system audits in the workshop according to the defined schedule, as well as based on detected or potential dysfunctions, and carry out adequate follow-ups to return to standard in case of detected deviations.

• Define, validate, and update product surveillance sheets under responsibility with the program quality manager and hierarchy.

• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure the preparation and support of the auditor throughout the audits (product/process/system).

• Manage customer complaints and ensure the development of the 8D report or FTA analysis.

• Quality interface with the customer during series delivery and customer relationship management (packages: VW, AUDI, Volvo, UD Trucks, Yazaki)

• Analyze customer expectations & CSR and ensure they are known, understood, and taken into account within Marquardt plants: coaching, training of technical and administrative personnel

• Manage customer quality issues using quality tools such as Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) or Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA, Deming wheel).

• Regularly visit customers to ensure a good relationship.

• Propose preventive or corrective action plans when problems are identified and implement them within the plant.

• Conduct internal audits (VDA6.3/LPA) on lines dedicated to my clients.

• Measure internal and external quality and performance requested by customers (FPY – First Part Yield, PPM– Part Per Million...).

• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality tools and customer relations.

• Prepare final inspection work instructions.

• Validate PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).

• Implementation of the site's maintenance plan (preventive, corrective, predictive)

• Management of a platform for monitoring customer energy indicators and optimizing energy consumption

• Identify technical solutions for energy savings for each energy saving for each use and establish a reference scenario.

• Select the most effective and economically viable solution that can be economically viable and feasible in terms of operation, functioning, and maintenance.

• Responsible for implementing improvements to customer evaluations and scorecards.
