During my IT internship, I had the opportunity to work on several technical and practical aspects related to IT system management. My main role was to ensure the maintenance of IT equipment, by diagnosing faults, installing and updating software, and repairing defective hardware.

During my internship in school administration, I had the opportunity to discover and participate in the various administrative tasks essential for the smooth running of an educational institution. My work consisted of assisting administrative staff in managing student records, organizing schedules, and monitoring absences.

I also participated in the management of registrations and exams, by contributing to the updating of student databases and ensuring the accuracy of the recorded information. Part of my internship was also dedicated to communication with teachers, students, and parents, by responding to information requests and facilitating the transmission of official documents.

In parallel, I provided technical support by ensuring the updating and maintenance of the IT equipment used for administrative management. This internship allowed me to develop skills in administrative management, organization, and public relations, while familiarizing myself with IT tools and procedures specific to school administration.

As part of my experience in IT teaching, I had the opportunity to pass on my knowledge to learners by introducing them to the basics of IT and essential digital tools. My role consisted of preparing and delivering courses adapted to the students' level, covering topics such as the use of operating systems, office software, internet browsing, and fundamental programming concepts.

To ensure effective learning, I favored a pedagogical approach based on practice and interaction. I organized exercises and real-life scenarios to allow students to directly manipulate IT tools and gradually acquire autonomy.

In addition to the technical aspects, I also raised awareness among learners about cybersecurity and good digital practices, explaining how to protect their data and avoid online threats.

This experience allowed me to develop my skills in pedagogy, communication, and knowledge transfer, while strengthening my own IT knowledge. It also gave me a better understanding of learners' needs and the appropriate methods to support them in their progress.
