The plans are created clearly, quickly, and are usable, in PDF/PNG format (and DWG as an option), suitable for commercial use, listing illustrations, or pre-work projections.

Area: Val-de-Marne (94), Paris (75), Seine-Saint-Denis (93) – other departments on quote. Availability: evenings (6 PM–10 PM) and weekends (11 AM–8 PM). Flexible packages, clear pricing, possibility of prepayment or additional options (layout plans, electrical plans, etc.).

• Field and online prospecting (Mailing, door-to-door, cold calling)

• Sourcing through various channels to find sellers and buyers (Leboncoin, PAP, Fipac, SeLoger, Bien ici...)

• Acting as a facilitator for clients from property valuation to sale finalization

• Negotiating and acting as the point of contact between buyer, seller, and notary

• Drafting listings, mandates, and sales agreements
