My missions were focused on the creation of software and/or SaaS products, the implementation of Agile organization (Scrum), support for project launches/scoping, the transformation of industrial companies into Industry 4.0, and project management in the vocational training sector.

These missions led me to mobilize several levels of skills, and to carry out a set of activities, which are:

Since 2020, I have been providing remote services on topics related to vocational training project management. I train, coach, and evaluate students remotely, in schools and companies, in the following areas:

✅ Support for schools in creating and managing project management training modules for RNCP titles at levels BAC+3 and BAC+5 in IT and marketing.

✅ Consulting on the revalidation of RNCP titles with France Compétences: creation of the opportunity note, skills blocks, and dossier assembly.

✅ Creation and management of training plans on the following topics: project management, product management, program management, portfolio management, agile methods, marketing, technological watch.

✅ Creation of training materials with PowerPoint, and creation of e-learning modules (recording and post-production editing of videos).

✅ Scoping of thesis validation modules. Chairman of the examination board and national certification jury.

✅ Regular participation in school steering committees for redefining teaching strategy and operational actions.

As an associate professor, I am currently co-responsible for training auditors within the "Project Manager in Information Strategy and Governance" degree (level BAC+5), focused on the challenges of information, data, and knowledge management for companies' digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

✅ Management and pedagogical coordination of the teaching team.

✅ Organization and planning of teaching, including the recruitment of trainers.

✅ Recruitment of students and evaluation of professional projects to validate admission to the diploma.

✅ Training students in documentary project management, specifically on needs analysis, writing specifications, planning, team management, change management, and agile approaches.

✅ Supervision of final theses, enabling students to prepare for their defense for diploma validation.

✅ Participation in the development of pedagogical tools for distance and synchronous learning, to enhance student engagement and skill acquisition.

✅ Management and monitoring of students to ensure coherence with CNAM training and the experience acquired within their host companies (internship and work-study).

✅ Management and updating of all diploma modules, as well as their compliance with RNCP/QUALIOPI.
