Currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resources Management after a degree in Public Administration, I assist students and young professionals with their applications: CVs, cover letters, and interview preparation.

My internship in a business law firm allowed me to observe recruitment and social relations issues within companies from the inside. This experience enriched my thesis on social dialogue and organizational climate, which helped me develop a fine understanding of what recruiters are truly looking for.

I also chaired a student association, which taught me rigor, organization, and structured communication. I also actively prepared for my own work-study recruitment interviews, a direct and recent experience of the job market.

I work collaboratively and tailor my approach: I listen to each person's background and goals to adapt my support, with high standards and pedagogical skill.
