My name is Yohann, I am a specialist doctor in Medical Biology and a specialist in medical statistics / Artificial Intelligence / Data Mining / Machine Learning.

Statistical analysis, teaching statistics machine learning on R software.

I master all traditional statistical analysis techniques (descriptive and analytical such as principal component analysis, student's t-test, logistic regression) as well as the most common Machine Learning techniques (Decision Trees, Neural Network, Random Forests, SVM, GBM). Validation of Machine Learning techniques is one of the techniques I master (10 Fold CV).

Data visualization is important, the classic R tools are perfect for graphical explanation.

I provide detailed explanations regarding the limitations, biases, and all problems from a medical point of view.

You can discover all my work in my thesis obtained in 2021: "Artificial Intelligence applied to medicine: The Case of the Breath Test / Bacterial Overgrowth" (Mention Très Honorable and nomination for the 2021 medicine medals) where I developed classification techniques from scratch for medical diagnosis. I also developed data augmentation techniques for quantitative medicine.

In addition to my work as a specialist doctor in the laboratory, I teach at the Faculty of Medicine of Toulouse for the International Master of Medicine in the field of Artificial Intelligence in medicine.
