In banking and insurance, I worked on diversification topics (integrated insurance, Bank-as-a-Service, CSR transition, attracting young clients), the redesign of CRM tools, and customer relationship optimization. I also contributed to operational transformation missions (flow orchestration, management unit productivity, AI solutions integration for risk management) as well as M&A and international expansion initiatives.

In industry and energy, I participated in productivity and decarbonization diagnostics for heavy industry, the design of innovative offers (Heavy Industry), and the implementation of EPCISTE models for energy renovation and regulatory compliance. I also supported strategic programs in the energy sector (sovereign cloud, industry transformation, industrial renewal).

In healthcare, I supported a national medical network in its growth plan (€300 million growth, acquisition of centers, recruitment of practitioners, telemedicine, mutual partnerships). I also contributed to sourcing and M&A consolidation in related activities.

Finally, I managed technological partnerships (software, integrators, consulting), structured synergies in digital (cloud, identity, healthcare), and participated in the internal governance of a consulting firm (monitoring commercial pipeline, financial and international reports, sector positioning).

My expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and growth, with a key role alongside general management and executive committees.

Direct support to the CEO on the definition and execution of the firm's overall strategy (over 400 consultants – consolidated turnover > €100 million). Implementation of dynamic governance (OKR, quarterly committees, impact indicators) to streamline decision-making. Support for 12 strategic operations (acquisitions, equity deals, industrial partnerships), including one post-M&A integration. Coordination of innovation projects (AI, back-office automation, ESG compliance, operational excellence) on a €2 million portfolio. (Banking, Insurance, Industry, Retail)

Deployment of a digital environmental impact platform, processing ESG data for 30 clients. Launch of partnerships in critical areas: Amazon, Congo, Indonesia. Initial fundraising of €300,000 and industrial partnership in green logistics. Integration of CSRD / SFDR / Article 29 LEC standards into projects undertaken.
