Context: supporting an innovative product team from the Sanofi accelerator, whose objective is to reduce the time between the ideation of a marketing communication and its publication by using AI to better understand patients and doctors, build campaigns faster, optimize the SEO, GEO, and AEO of these communications, and automate distribution in different languages.

Main challenge:

- Clarification of the product vision, implementation of a product strategy.

- Establishment of a real product team, putting continuous discovery principles into practice.

- Clarify and simplify decision-making around the team (internal and external stakeholders, types of decisions, arbitration circuits).

- Help establish a smoother, iterative, and product-oriented way of working.

- Facilitate product decisions.

I intervene to help the product and tech team of Hubency's new ERP move away from a high-pressure, disorganized way of working to establish a clearer and more serene framework. Specifically:

- PO side: coaching in taking ownership and structuring their role (vision, prioritization, arbitration, backlog, legitimacy posture).

- Team side: support in setting up sprints, with adapted rituals (planning, retro, clear board, definition of Ready/Done).

In summary: I lay the foundations for real agile functioning, by strengthening the product posture (PO + backlog), structuring the team around sprints, and involving the manager in support and strategy.

I support Qualidata in setting up and running a User Club around the QDnxt platform.

My role is to:

• Create collaborative workshops to gather the expectations and needs of client associations.

• Foster product ideation and innovation by directly involving users.

• Structure the rituals and deliverables of the Club to make it a clear, engaging, and sustainable space.

• Design canvases, templates, and materials that facilitate co-construction and the valorization of feedback.

My ultimate goal is for this Club to become a continuous source of feedback, innovation, and loyalty for Qualidata.
