Ebay, in partnership with LeBoncoin and under the Adevinta parent company, decided to rebrand and launch a series of projects to be proactive in the market and expand its European presence.Appointed by Adevinta Group's Financial Department, I led the Onestream project for the implementation of an EPM tool (in close collaboration with the Management Control Department). The main objective was to establish a harmonized process for KPIs and, concurrently, to scope a project for the implementation of a Group ERP. This process harmonization work will facilitate the deployment of SAP S4 Hana.
