As an IT consultant and trainer, I step in where tools are in place (or being deployed) but not yet delivering their full value: lack of clarity, governance, ownership, or internal skills.

My role: analyze processes, clarify, structure, secure usage, and empower teams for autonomy. I bridge the gap between technology, business, and users.

I focus on: process assessment, scoping, governance, deployment, change management, training, and continuous improvement.

I am primarily seeking part-time collaborations (1-3 days/week) or ad-hoc missions as a cross-functional resource.
