Quitoque is a company specializing in the distance selling sector, more specifically in the online meal kit sales.

The idea is to order recipes on the website or mobile applications and receive the exact quantity of ingredients to prepare the chosen recipes.

To provide even greater satisfaction to its clients and collaborators, Quitoque wanted to begin a transition towards agility and move away from "homemade" agility, particularly with the help of the Scrum framework.

The objective was to create a climate of trust between the teams, give them a work framework and the necessary tools so that they could continuously improve the product and the work environment.

- Implementation of the Scrum method from A to Z for a team of 15 people: sprint planning, organization of daily meetings or ceremonies (sprint planning, daily, refinement, mid-sprint check-in, planning poker, review, and retrospective)

- Training the team on the Scrum method (pillars, values, objectives)

- Internal team communication, transmission of information to relevant individuals

- Implementation of visual management (physical and online boards for remote work, Scrum board, Kaizen board, Sprint dashboard)

- Writing progress reports (burndown chart, review, retrospective)

- Helping the team to be autonomous, identifying obstacles and defining action plans to overcome them for continuous improvement

- Coaching the team and instilling agility

- Jira configuration (Workflow, automation, filters...)

As Quitoque's website was based on a monolithic architecture, the technical team had decided to create an API internally.

The objective was to reduce the website's load but also to rework its architecture to make future requests less costly in development time.
