Missions

Deployment and implementation of invoice dematerialization with Adjuvoo in conjunction with M3 and SAP ERPs. Migration of ETQ data (group quality tool) to AWS cloud. Upgrade of the S.A.S archiving tool and update of the Tomcat VM and server infrastructure. Implementation of Tradexpress flows between different group ERPs. Use of Service Now and Jira for ticketing with teams in India.

Role

Needs analysis, scope and deliverable definition. Writing specifications and requirements. Arbitrations and rapid reactions to unforeseen events, cost and contingency management. Coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams of 5 people and suppliers, including at Safran, as well as international teams. Regular reporting to the quality and information system departments, transparent communication with sponsors and organization of monthly meetings to ensure strategic alignment.

Within the IFRS9 framework, supervision of the development of a global financial consolidation application Universal Plug Missions Development of a universal plug for BNP's group financial data. Deployment of the tool across all global entities. Training and communication with end-users. AMOA Agile role, implementation and acceptance testing of Runs. Organization of follow-up meetings with the business and daily follow-up with IT Development. Presentation of analyses, recommendations, new IFRS rules and processes to entities worldwide. Transformation of internal processes and identification of emerging risks. Recording and handling of first and second level incidents.
