Yoann accompanied us in developing our digital training offer as Head of Design. Thanks to an innovative and participatory method, Learning Experience Design, he helped us define the content of our training modules (kick off, persona, learning objectives, pedagogical workshops) by putting our clients at the center of all our exchanges. The result: storyboards and training modules that are unanimously praised both internally and by our clients. He guided us in our choices without imposing his ideas and was proactive while taking our needs and constraints into account. He invested himself 100%.
