Managed in a service center an MES (industrial production management), an HR evolution for an ERP, an extranet for a video surveillance company, and an e-commerce mobile application.

- Scoping of digital projects: project definition, organization of workshops with business teams.

- Product Owner: Definition, writing, and prioritization of backlog user stories, creation of mockups.

- Scrum Master / Operational Manager: Organization of Agile ceremonies, monitoring and facilitation of tasks for a team of 4 developers and 2 designers, operational team monitoring.

- Project Management: organization of steering committees, monitoring of risks, costs, and deadlines.

Functional scoping of connected object and voice interaction projects for the SEB group in the research phase:

- Interface between business, design, and IT (Front and Back-end).

- Needs formalization and creation of specifications.

- Definition of project risks and needs for pilot projects (Proof of Concept) to mitigate risks.

- Monitoring of technical developments for pilots and their compliance with functional needs.

Planning and monitoring of tasks for a team of 6 developers located in Toulouse, Montreal, and Madrid. Beyond managing the company's production, the challenge of this position was to strengthen team spirit and agile practices. Two major collective projects were led on my initiative:

- Implementation of a version control tool (GitHub) and harmonization of practices between different offices.

- Feasibility study for the selection and implementation of a common project management tool for development, graphic design, and project management teams.
