From Industrial Transformation to Business Development and Coaching

With a first experience of three years in the industrial transformation of metals within large groups like CORUS, I developed a solid understanding of production processes and the industrial environment.

My career took a decisive turn in 2005 with the opportunity to launch and develop the presence ofFELDER Groupin France. My initiative was decisive in 2012 for the creation of FELDER Group France, a sales subsidiary of which I took over the commercial management, before becoming its General Manager in 2016.

These nineteen years within FELDER Group have been a period of constant growth and learning. I had the opportunity to go through the entire sales process and support functions: from Sales Representative to Trainer, then Regional Manager, Sales Director, and finally **General Manager**. This progression allowed me to master every aspect of business management, leading a structure of 7 agencies (including 4 showrooms) and a team of 70 people.

Since January 1, 2025, I have chosen to focus on three areas that I am passionate about and where I can bring real added value:

Solutions for the Aluminum Industry (B.G.M.S): I offer optimized cutting and production solutions, specifically designed for players in the aluminum sector.
Improvement of Customer Experience: I intervene through coaching and employee training to help companies significantly improve their customer experience.
Network Development (Franchise TAB): I lead and develop a network of business leaders in North Isère, facilitating the achievement of their goals through structured individual and collective meetings.
