Métamorph'Habitat is a web platform that allows users to visualize the transformation of a home in under 30 seconds. The user uploads a photo of their house, a room, or a facade, chooses a transformation mode, and the artificial intelligence generates a high-definition visual rendering accompanied by a professional PDF report. This report includes a before-and-after comparison, an estimate of renovation costs per item, the calculation of expected real estate value increase, and recommendations tailored to different budgets.

I managed this project from start to finish, from technical scoping to production deployment. The entire server-side was developed in Laravel, with business logic capable of handling multiple transformation modes, user accounts, a credit system, and PDF report generation. Integration with OpenAI allows for the production of realistic images consistent with user requests, whether for simple automatic enhancement, transformation guided by free description, imitation of a style from a reference image, or the addition of structural elements like an extension or a veranda. The interface was built with Tailwind CSS to offer a clean, modern, and perfectly responsive design.

The platform targets three audiences: homeowners who want to visualize their renovation projects before committing, real estate agents who use it as a differentiation tool, and artisans and architects who use it to more easily convert their quotes. A professional white-label offer is also available.

Les Petits Vieux is a web platform dedicated to the second life of senior animals, mainly dogs and cats who have been abandoned or whose owners have unfortunately passed away. I developed this site with a human, benevolent, and respectful approach to animal life, in close collaboration with the association behind the project.

I implemented a platform that showcases the rescued animals, tells their stories, and facilitates connections with potential adoptive families. Each animal has its own profile with photos, a description, and useful information for post-adoption support.

The site also highlights the association's actions: supporting future owners, advising caregivers, and communicating about the kennel's needs. I paid special attention to the emotional impact and visual warmth of the site, two essential dimensions for a project focused on animal well-being and the peaceful end of life for seniors.

The Honor Partner Program is an official program by New Madrigal for which I developed the web platform. The client wanted to offer engaged content creators a structured system to reward their creativity through Honor Points, exchangeable for exclusive in-game rewards.

I designed and developed the entire creator journey, from Discord application to the weekly awarding of points based on a grid that includes views, likes, shares, and comments. The platform analyzes the engagement of each published content and automatically calculates the points awarded every Monday.

I also implemented the Honor Shop, allowing creators to unlock exclusive in-game rewards and organize giveaways for their community.
