I'm a health and science content strategist with an MSc in Human Nutrition & Biology, 500+ clinical clients, and 10+ years in digital content.
I work with health brands, institutions, and wellness professionals who can't afford to get the science wrong, and can't afford to be invisible online.
My clinical background covers gut health, the gut-brain axis, psychobiotics, IBS/SIBO management, and nutraceutical formulation. I've designed supplementation protocols and evaluated AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy as a domain expert.
On the content and tech side, I build the infrastructure behind the content: editorial systems, SEO architecture, AI-assisted workflows, and health education programs that scale. I've produced an Udemy course rated 5.0/5.0, built and managed my own evidence-based health platform, and handled end-to-end site management using WordPress, Claude Code, and ElevenLabs.
