• Responsible for the entire chain (procurement to distribution) of dried fruit, nuts, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks,

• Management of all files with the FAVV and the FPS Finance (labeling, food safety, and excise procedures for alcohol import),

• Optimization of transport and customs processes for faster and cost-efficient deliveries,

• Prospecting and managing customer relationships through effective use of CRM systems,

• Setting up a webshop from my IT background to expand digital sales channels.

• Thanks to the BOL training, I gained basic knowledge of payroll processes and the calculation of holiday pay for various joint committees for blue-collar and white-collar workers,

• Wrote and executed test scenarios to evaluate the impact of new legislation (such as ZIMA and temporary unemployment) on payroll calculation and reporting tools.

• In collaboration with end-users, executed realistic UAT (user acceptance test) scenarios to align daily HR and payroll processes.

• Led ERP development projects in Turkey for 5 companies with over 200 daily users and ±2000 invoices per day, focusing on business continuity and change management.

• I monthly gave global web conferences on developed business and legal requirements in the ERP system. Where necessary, I traveled worldwide to provide on-site training.

• Participated in analyses with external partners such as IBM for JD Edwards and with ING Bank, to consider European standards as well as local legislation (e.g., e-invoicing) during the development of the ERP system.

• Provided support to consolidation and finance departments during bank presentations (e.g., at Commerzbank in Germany) to present the in-house developed ERP system; to demonstrate that the system is equivalent to SAP or JDE.
