• Digitalized the “Company Application Form”: transformed a Word-based form into a 100% digital process, including an online form, automatic email sending, PDF generation, and PeopleSoft integration.

• Completely redesigned the Scholarships platform interface, for both students and administrators: simplified forms, new dashboards (approval rates, budget consumption, application tracking), design aligned with the INSEAD charter.

• Reworked the APOL recommendation module to allow individualized request sending, and integrated direct access to scholarships within the candidate journey.

• Designed mockups and wireframes using agile methodology, in collaboration with the internal team and the external provider Stefanini.

• Managed daily tickets (bugs, authentication, performance) reported by students and internal teams.

Work-study at CAPTAG (event management). I developed, entirely on my own, a carbon footprint calculation module integrated into their platform. Core of the project: a dynamic multi-step form covering over 15 emission categories, both physical and digital (transport, accommodation, freight, energy, catering, waste, websites, livestreams…), with live total recalculation and a progress bar. On the back-end, integration of the Climeet API for emissions calculation and PDF/XLSX report generation.

Work-study at SAYSE, a French publisher of SD-WAN solutions. I developed the detail page for a network equipment, with real-time remote control of the devices: direct interaction on the interfaces (ports), Gateway tab (firewall rules, IP addressing, port management, traffic monitoring), and Routing tab (defining paths and data transfer rules). Interface work on a demanding technical product, closely handling real-time network data.
