- Organization of the transformation program creating the foundations of the Digital Factory

- Implementation of various governance models and agile processes

- Definition, monitoring, coordination, and arbitration of roadmaps, budgets, staffing, and risks for all streams composing the transformation program

Results:

- Management of the transformation program and organization into value streams following the steps of the wealth management advisor (CGP) lifecycle

- Complete redefinition in 3 months of the architecture and future model of the Digital Factory into a modular platform combining off-the-shelf tools and in-house developments

- Initialization in 2 months of the visions for each stream and value-based management through associated OKRs

- Scoping in 2 months of the transfer of Accounting and Custody (TCC) activities to a specialized partner, in anticipation of a change in strategy and accreditation
