Assignment at SFR as Technical Project Manager for a business application dedicated to managing equipment, technical resources, and network data.

My mission involves managing application evolutions, supporting business teams in formalizing needs, translating functional requests into technical tickets, planning work, and monitoring the quality of deliverables.

I also work on improving software architecture, reducing technical debt, implementing good development practices, code reviews, technical documentation, and supporting developers.

I contributed to structuring the code around solid design principles, implementing Selenium automated tests, organizing the GitFlow workflow, and developing new features in PHP, Symfony, Node.js, NestJS, and Angular.

Assignment at Dassault Systèmes as Lead Developer on an application for collecting, processing, and analyzing web performance data.

The mission focused on designing the application architecture, data modeling, developing a backend REST API, and integrating external APIs to retrieve technical performance indicators.

I implemented scheduled processes to consolidate data by period, developed comparison and ranking features, optimized SQL queries, and improved backend processing reliability.

I also technically supported the frontend developer, participated in code reviews, documented APIs with Swagger / OpenAPI, and managed development tracking via Redmine and GitLab.

At THALES Global Services, I participated in the development and maintenance of Orchestra, a modular platform for project management, traceability, and document tracking.

I was mainly involved in Java EE, JavaScript, and React.js development, as well as maintaining Eclipse RCP plugins and connectors integrated into the project ecosystem. The mission required strong analytical skills, particularly for understanding functional and technical impacts in a complex application environment.

I also worked on improving application reliability through the implementation of automated tests, monitoring code quality with SonarQube and JaCoCo, and enhancing continuous integration with Jenkins, Maven, and Docker.
