At EPAM, I have worked on large-scale enterprise Salesforce projects, combining hands-on development, technical design, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership.

On The Stepstone Group project, I work on an enterprise Service Cloud solution for an HR Tech / online recruitment platform. My responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable solutions with Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Cloud capabilities. I also support architecture discussions, release preparation, impact analysis, documentation, code quality, and production stability.

A major part of my recent work has focused on Salesforce AI and automation. I initiated and led Einstein Case Classification implementation, which has processed 125,000+ cases and saved around 195 working days for the client. I also work with Agentforce, Einstein productivity features, Prompt Builder, and AI-assisted development practices. Another key achievement was designing a production Case prioritization engine, now being extended for Omni-Channel routing.

Previously, on the Ahold Delhaize project, I worked as Salesforce Lead Developer / Team Lead on a multi-market enterprise Service Cloud program. I coordinated the development team, reviewed implementation approaches, mentored team members, and helped maintain stable delivery across multiple markets and release cycles. I worked closely with BAs, QAs, DevOps, architects, support teams, and client stakeholders.

Technically, I contributed to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud sites, Case creation flows, Knowledge, Live Chat, Omni-Channel, Platform Events, CDC, REST APIs, MuleSoft integrations, Azure SSO, feature toggles, custom logging, and production support. I also introduced a structured “Implementation Strategy” approach to improve design quality, reduce rework, and align delivery across the team.

At JetBi, I worked as a Salesforce Developer and later took on team lead responsibilities across several consulting projects for clients from different industries. This experience gave me a strong foundation in end-to-end Salesforce delivery, custom development, integrations, managed packages, Field Service, CPQ-like functionality, and client communication.

I was responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, automation, custom objects, integrations, and third-party services. I worked on projects involving Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud, Stripe and Zapier integrations, complex batch processing, custom calendars, quoting functionality, and Service Cloud support.

One of my key projects was Broderick, where I led a small team of developers and QA to build two managed package products: a custom service resource calendar and a CPQ-style quoting application. I was involved in technical design, feature development, documentation, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination.

I also contributed to projects for clients such as Silver Saints, Chemster, and Red Cross / IFRC, delivering Salesforce functionality across service operations, field service, integrations, and custom business processes.
