    At EPAM, I have worked on large-scale enterprise Salesforce projects, combining hands-on development, technical design, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership.

    On The Stepstone Group project, I work on an enterprise Service Cloud solution for an HR Tech / online recruitment platform. My responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable solutions with Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Cloud capabilities. I also support architecture discussions, release preparation, impact analysis, documentation, code quality, and production stability.

    A major part of my recent work has focused on Salesforce AI and automation. I initiated and led Einstein Case Classification implementation, which has processed 125,000+ cases and saved around 195 working days for the client. I also work with Agentforce, Einstein productivity features, Prompt Builder, and AI-assisted development practices. Another key achievement was designing a production Case prioritization engine, now being extended for Omni-Channel routing.
