Henri Nobumoto is an executive, entrepreneur, and venture builder with over 20 years of experience in the automotive, manufacturing, corporate transformation, and new business creation fields. He has held senior leadership roles at Akebono Brake Industry and Yazaki, including plant management, European subsidiary leadership, and global business unit management. At Akebono, he served as Global Head of the Friction Material Business Unit, overseeing operations across 7 countries, 13 sites, approximately 3,000 employees, and a business scale of around multi billion USD.

His expertise covers corporate and business strategy, operational excellence, turnaround management, P&L improvement, global organization design, supply chain management, product and project management, DX, automation, and Toyota Production System-based transformation. He has led major performance improvement initiatives, including productivity enhancement, quality cost reduction, manufacturing cost reduction, break-even point improvement, and cross-border organizational reform.

Henri is currently the Founder and Managing Director of INGRAM Inc., Partner at AZCA Inc., Director at DBIC, and Council Leadership member at Venture Studio Forum. Through these roles, he supports large corporations in new business development, corporate venture studio design, open innovation, global growth strategy, and organizational transformation.
