I work as an internal Agile Coach and Trainer at Davidson Consulting to help share the Agile culture with various consultants and Business Managers:

o Support Business Managers in understanding Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to better grasp client needs.

o Support Business Managers in their recruitment processes for PO/SM profiles.

o Coach and assist consultants in implementing agility according to different frameworks.

o Conduct internal training on Agile topics such as Scrum, SAFe, etc. Act as a trainer within the Davidson training organization for certain certification courses (PSPO, PSM, and Leading SAFe).

o Organize workshops on agility.

As a Scrum Master, I contributed to helping the Scrum team, part of the SAFe Digital Train, work more effectively by using the agile practices and principles recommended by SAFe.

o Facilitate sprint events (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro, and Daily Stand-up).

o Support and encourage teams to be autonomous, collaborative, aligned with objectives, and to achieve technical excellence.

o Promote the continuous improvement process within the team.

o Improve the team's work efficiency by measuring the team's agility maturity at each iteration.

o Contribute to problem-solving through workshops (Problem-Solving Workshop).

o Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of PI Planning.

Within the IT department of Orange France, my mission was to manage the functional and technical evolution of the Orange Business Lounge customer space services (B2B web/mobile application).

o Gather new customer needs.

o Identify features that generate value for end customers.

o Work with UX/UI to define/improve customer journeys.

o Manage the product backlog and prioritize development.

o Monitor development during the sprint.

o Approve or reject production releases.

o Track performance indicators (Net Promoter Score, Customer Effort Score, etc.)
