• User management on Active Directory (Add, delete, access rights, account activation and deactivation)

• Installation, testing, and configuration of new hardware, peripheral equipment, and software

• Provide technical support to users

• Manage IT equipment maintenance (hardware and software)

• Ensure ordering and tracking of IT supplies to avoid stockouts (Consumables, Toner, etc.)

• Maintain a detailed inventory of IT equipment (Active and inactive equipment (Scrap))

• Assist IT service providers (Cabling, camera installation, server interventions, etc.)

• Monitor antivirus protection (Symantec Endpoint Protection): Send a weekly report and take necessary corrective actions

• Monitor Windows updates via WSUS server: Send a weekly report and take necessary actions for updates with errors

• Manage IT equipment maintenance (hardware and software) and assist users in case of problems. Sometimes this involves repair or ordering new parts.

• Technical support for the barcode project (Production and storage): Prepare PDA readers and resolve daily handling issues.

• Establish regular and relevant reporting of IT activity.

Reporting section (Reporting to the Logistics Director):

• Develop and implement reporting tools for management

• Define the main orientations for controls and indicators to be implemented and the framework for reporting to management

• Design activity dashboards (weekly, monthly, or quarterly)

• Analyze monthly management performance by studying the variance of results against budgets and objectives

• Write activity commentary summaries

• Analysis of monthly management costs

GPS section:

• Manage the GPS project: manage the hardware part of the project (Ensure the smooth running of installations and repairs in collaboration with the supplier) until the final product is obtained (Identify the needs of each user and provide them with the final product in terms of interface, application, and reports developed by the supplier)
