Project 3:

Implementation of a module to ensure product quality (study deviations and anomalies) by developing action tracking. The system consists of two parts: a SharePoint portal dedicated to the group, and an ASP.Net module synchronized with the public site, with limited access to the local site. This project involved planning, task tracking, and development.

Project 4:

Implementation of a regulatory audit system for the quality department. This module allows planning audit events by product or product family. It enables consultation of individuals involved in a product's production cycle and all incident reports that occurred. This audit helps define a set of actions to improve the entire quality process.

Project 5:

Development of a module for the electronic management of production documents, regulations, and activity reports. This module also allows for their archiving. The site must be accessible by different subsidiaries via the Internet or VPN, and administration and bug fixes should be manageable by support.

The project aims to collect data and display results automatically on the homepage. Rules must be applied based on each team's estimates. Any variation or anomaly must generate a notification.

Project 8:

Development of a platform for managing claims and continuous improvement of processes implemented by MediS. This platform was developed in collaboration with the MediS Senegal and Sanofi Senegal teams.

Project 10:

Implementation of a module for validating purchase requests submitted by budget managers within an ERP (Sage X3, Navision). Details of all offers are synchronized via Web Services to be classified under SharePoint in PDF format. A validation workflow is then triggered, and an electronic signature of the document concludes this process. The site is accessible via the Internet or VPN. The site is dedicated to the MediS group and developed in collaboration with Sanofi and Pfizer.
