Technical Coordinator Activities:

 Works in close collaboration with the Service Manager,

 Ensure mastery of the technical environment, within the limits of the described service scope

 Define procedures and disseminate production deployment instructions.

 Participate in the definition of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

 Propose solutions for handling recurring incidents,

 Identify possible improvements to existing methods and tools and propose action plans

 Is responsible for incident analysis within the quality loop

 Assists pilots on unresolved events, incidents, or problems

 Has the authority to trigger technical and hierarchical escalation procedures

 Prepare presence schedules based on activity forecasts, as well as backup management

 Assign tasks based on observed activity and trends

 Lead and prepare reports

 Validate instructions

 Linux system administration

 Administer, maintain, and monitor the system/application architectures of SFR's Genesys Production for clients (EDF, GMF, CANALPlus, LeroyMerlin, La Banque postale ...).

 Cooperate with various teams (project, development, testing, etc.) for the implementation and smooth operation of the solution

 Ensure platform availability and make every effort to minimize downtime or resolve malfunctions.

 Manage vendor interventions & support (HP, EMC ...).

 Maintain the fleet in operational condition (operational tasks and daily checks)

 Participate in the Production Deployment (MEP) of business applications

 Act as the liaison with N3 support and the client in case of major incidents.

 Participate in meetings with N3 support for daily operational monitoring (Incidents, change requests, processing/intervention during working/out-of-hours hours)

 Optimize performance and propose improvements.

 Real-time process monitoring, automation, and industrialization of recurring tasks

 Maintenance Plan (HP 7200 Chassis Upgrade, SPP Firmware Update, Drivers, BIOS …), Data Domain 620 & 4200 Upgrade, VMAX Enabler Solution Upgrade (CLI)
