• Managed a post-M&A Digital Workplace migration program: migrated over 120 users from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaborative spaces), change management, and project governance via RACI matrix.

• Managed a budget exceeding €100k covering licenses, user support, and associated services.

• Coordinated international IT operations across multiple EMEA and APAC sites: infrastructure standardization, supplier management, risk monitoring, and service continuity.

• Acted as the interface between Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Real Estate, business units, and external partners to ensure adherence to costs, deadlines, and service levels.
