Context: As part of the digital transformation of GEG (Gaz et Electricité de Grenoble), a local energy supplier and distributor, I contributed through ILIADE (SAP integrator) to the management of the EFLUID system migration to SAP S/4HANA within the framework of the RISE with SAP offering.

Scope:

- GEG (Energy & Gas Supplier and Distributor Branch): S/4HANA (Customer Engagement, ISU, FI-CA), MPM, BTP, Fiori, Customer Portal, Supplier Portal, FSM.

Responsibilities:

Strengthening the go-live management system for scope lot 1 (Migration & MEP1):

- Strengthening the governance system on the ILIADE integrator side

- Improving interactions between ILIADE and the GEG client: establishing structured communication channels, managing escalations, facilitating inter-team arbitration

- Consolidating and maintaining the overall project schedule

- Strengthening operational coordination for the go-live (MEP1).

Management of incidents and bugs — Hypercare phase for scope lot 1 (Migration & MEP1)

Management of scope lot 2 (MEP2 & POST MEP) — Evolutions, Change Requests, and Projects:

- Structuring and managing scope MEP2 with GEG.

- Structuring and managing the build phase for 30 new projects identified with the GEG client (regulatory, structuring projects).

Release and production deployment management:

- Preparation and facilitation of weekly release committees with GEG: review of tickets ready for production, validation of deployment criteria, formalization of decisions

- Coordination of production deployments: planning deployment windows, coordination with technical BASIS/ABAP and functional teams, management of post-deployment checks (release of transport orders)

- Post-release monitoring: verification of production stability, management of any deployment-related incidents

Context: Within the SAP Finance unit (Rapsodie) of GRDF's IT department, I was responsible for structuring the unit's projects, cross-functional coordination, and representing the Rapsodie scope in strategic transformation programs, interacting with various stakeholders (Purchasing, Architecture, Application Managers (POA), Middleware, Operations/Application Management, SAP AMS, etc.).

• Program 1: Rapsodie migration (SAP ECC6) to Sophia (SAP S/4HANA)

- Rapsodie application scopes: SAP Modules (FI, FI-CO, FI-AA, SD, PS, MM, HR)

- Contributions: Drafting the "AMS/Maintenance" specifications and contributing to the drafting of the "Build" specifications for the Call for Tenders (CFT), establishing the schedule and coordinating steps/actions between the finance unit and the "SOPHIA" program, developing the workload plan for POA teams and cost estimation...

- Results achieved: Delivery of the specifications and annex documents (SLA, sizing elements, ...) for the RFI and RFP, development of the cost estimate and schedule...

• Program 2: Exit from Webmethode (Soap)

- Application scopes: SAP Modules (SD, HR/GTA, MM), API Management, ...

- Contributions: Management of the Study/Scoping phase (chosen solution: replacement of Soap WS with REST APIs developed in SAP), POC and launch of the build phase), Establishment of the schedule...

- Results achieved: Finalization of the Study, Scoping, POC, and POC Lessons Learned phases, choice of architecture solution, specifications, signing of the AMS contract amendment and launch of the Build phase, delivery of the cost estimate, delivery of the schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Organization of steering committees (COMOP, COPROJ) to present action plan progress, risk management, alert reporting, budget management, and arbitration

Context: Within ENGIE's France Retail BU (B2C), I was responsible for structuring and managing cross-functional projects (Regulatory, Energy Offers, etc.) in interaction with other entities (Marketing BU, Legal, COEs (SAP, Salesforce, middleware,...), Architecture, Operations, Infrastructure, External Service Providers/Suppliers (SAP AMS, Salesforce AMS,...).
