My main responsibilities included:

• Managing projects for the development and deployment of technical infrastructures.

• I participated in the implementation of a dematerialization chain on the AWS cloud for the client SANEF.

• I participated in the project to optimize manual document processing, which involved implementing AI solutions and optimizing automatic processing.

• I led the AWS cloud migration project for several dematerialization chains for clients: La Poste mobile, BNP, EDF, PRISMA Média, Groupe le monde, Alphabet, Air liquide.

I joined the Development & Integration Department as a Fullstack developer. I work on projects for the ANS (National Health Agency). I am responsible for the realization, development, and unit testing, respecting the time, quality, and functional and technical compliance constraints set by the specifications. I also ensure corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance (patch management).

As Product Tech Lead, I am responsible for the technical solutions implemented and the quality of my application portfolio. My responsibilities include:

- Conducting scoping studies (technical designs), estimating workloads and timelines for development requests in line with user needs.

- Distributing tasks within the development team and monitoring workload and deadlines.

- Developing solutions.

- Quality control (code review, unit tests, integration tests, etc.) and performance of the application portfolio related to the product line, and compliance with commitments made to internal (project and production teams) and external clients in terms of deadlines and workload.

- Managing the technical roadmap (optimization, stabilization, feature additions) in collaboration with the Product Owner and the Application Manager (Pilot) of the product line.

- Maintaining the technical knowledge necessary for the sustainability of the entrusted application scope.

- Managing the versioning of applications in the portfolio.

- Managing the obsolescence of the application portfolio.

- Collaborating on product integration into the IS with the technical architect.

- Collaborating with the technical architect on cross-functional rationalization topics (monitoring, supervision, purging, security, etc.).
