As part of its digital modernization strategy, La Redoute, a historic player in e-commerce and retail, launched a vast data transformation aimed at modernizing its data platform. My role as Data Product Owner was at the heart of this strategic program, with the objective of ensuring the migration of legacy operational and business processes to this new platform.

- Managed the migration of 130 legacy operational and business processes (supply chain, finance, marketing, e-commerce) to the new pyspark databricks data platform.

- Mapped existing processes to identify dependencies, rationalize flows, and prepare for migration.

- Analyzed existing systems and defined migration paths to ensure business continuity and data reliability.

- Built a unified data catalog consolidating dispersed legacy IT repositories to offer a 360° view of products, customers, and operational flows.

- Standardized business processes through unified flows and management rules, a prerequisite for industrialization on the new platform.

- Prioritized the product backlog considering technical constraints and business challenges.

- Coordinated data engineers, architects, and business teams to ensure a smooth and secure transition.

- Implemented robust and automated data pipelines, promoting the industrialization of processing.

- Contributed to data governance (quality, GDPR compliance, security) and the adoption of new analytical tools.

MACIF is an insurance company whose mission is to offer accessible and solidarity-based solutions in the fields of automotive, housing, health, provident, and savings.

The company has over 5.7 million members and policyholders, nearly 11,000 employees, and is part of the Aéma group, a major player in mutual insurance in France.

As a Data Product Owner at Macif, I was responsible for creating a data product dedicated to portfolio monitoring and climate tools related to home insurance contracts, to better manage natural disaster risks.

- Managed the migration of ETLs to Spark and GCP.

- Optimized processing times prior to migration to GCP cloud.

- Conducted functional studies and wrote specifications through business workshops to design new methods for portfolio monitoring targeting.

- Managed the backlog of the Data team's topics and actions.

- Monitored testing and validation with business stakeholders.

Paylib is a company in the digital payment services sector whose objective is to facilitate and secure online and mobile transactions through a French card-less payment solution.

The company has over 13 million users in France and relies on all major French banks to offer its service.

As a Data Product Owner at Paylib, I was responsible for the implementation, improvement, and proper functioning of the company's data platform with a dedicated team of 3 data engineers:

- Migrated data retrieval processes from Excel to an automated solution.

- Designed ETL scripts in QlikSense for extracting, transforming, and loading data from PostgreSQL, while ensuring solution scalability.

- Developed interactive applications with QlikSense to enable business teams to leverage data autonomously.

- Improved existing ETL processes to integrate external data sources (flat files, MongoDB, etc.) into PostgreSQL, ensuring data consistency and quality.

- Conducted ROI studies to prioritize and validate the development of new data features, contributing to the alignment of technical initiatives with business objectives.

- Oversaw projects for integrating new data sources, in collaboration with technical and business teams, to enrich the platform and support product innovation.

- Developed and continuously updated the data platform roadmap, aligning technical priorities with Paylib's strategic needs.

- Organized and led functional workshops with Product Owners, Business Owners, and the CEO, as well as technical validation workshops with architects, the CTO, and the COO, to ensure effective coordination between teams.
