As a logistics coordinator at Beev, you are responsible for organizing and supervising all logistics flows related to electric charging stations: from their reception at suppliers to their delivery to customers or installers. You play a key role in ensuring that the stations arrive at the right place, at the right time, and in the best conditions.

-Management of logistics flows with carriers, ensuring optimization of deadlines and costs. -Analysis of supply needs and inventory planning, taking into account sales forecasts and production cycles, particularly by establishing a PPO Forecast -Collaboration with internal teams (vehicle product and accessory product) to resolve logistics issues and meet customer needs. -Management of reverse logistics for vehicle returns or exchanges, in compliance with Toyota's policies. -Coordination with carriers and logistics providers to ensure vehicle delivery within deadlines and according to defined quality standards. -Monitoring of finished vehicle flows, from their production to their delivery to distributors or end customers. -Management of delivery priorities based on dealer requests and production plans.

-Prospecting new clients: by phone, email, or in person, visiting companies or individuals to present Verisure's products and services. Developing commercial proposals: After identifying a potential client, by phone or in person, create a commercial proposal detailing the benefits and costs of products and services. Customer maintenance management by phone or in person.
