• Agricultural training and supervision mission on cultivation techniques and resilience program against drought and climate change in the countries of the Horn of Africa - Djibouti.

◦ Design and develop machines, structures, equipment and systems associated with agriculture and food processing.

• Establish training and evaluation reports and the general schedule accepted for the smooth running of the mission.

• Management of material/logistical resources and human resources, distribution of tasks and general monitoring of the mission.

• Carry out agricultural training for local agro-breeders, ensure the smooth running of the workshop; collect social and cultural data, and complete monitoring and evaluation sheets for beneficiaries.

• Develop monthly/quarterly/final mission reports and statistical processing.

• Develop action plans, the execution file until approval, as-built file…

• Ensure the smooth running of the execution work while respecting the deadlines and following the standards cited in the client's specifications.

• Management of material, logistical and human resources to ensure good progress of the project.

• Conduct meetings with the client and report on the qualitative and quantitative progress of the work.

• Preparation of monthly reports, site diary, written reports, staff timekeeping, monitoring of material and fuel consumption….

• Carry out measurements, attachments and statements, financial monitoring throughout the duration of the project until final settlement.

• Daily supervision of the execution of agricultural projects (Irrigated perimeter for market gardening crops).

• Assist with leak tests, pumping tests and different measures that seem necessary to verify the quality of the materials used.

• Ensure the smooth running of the mission, in particular according to the rules of the art and the corresponding specifications.
